A cute and dainty tutu double layered for fluff factor, several yards of tulle was used to create this piece. It hangs at approximately 11" long with a 20" satin wrapped waist that is elastic so it will grow with your little one. This one is sized to fit 24 months up to 4T (will be shorter on the older girls).

This tutu comes with matching pixie/butterfly wings.  So cute together!
